1, The design and manufacture of the product conforms to API standard ANSI B16.34, American Petroleum Institute standard API6D and API600 requirements.
2, Compact structure, small size, good rigidity, safe and reliable sealing.
3, The closing part (gate) adopts elastic structure, which can automatically compensate the deformation of the valve body caused by abnormal load or temperature in the work.As a result, the seal is reliable and does not produce gate wedges.
4, Manual valves with sizes greater than or equal to NPS10", pressure class 150 LBS and sizes greater than or equal to NPS6", pressure class 600~2500 LBS are equipped with rolling bearings in the operating device for easy opening and closing.
5, the main material, internal material, packing, gasket, fastener materials can be reasonably combined according to user requirements or actual working conditions.
6, NPS≤10" gate valve, the valve seat can be replaceable with internal thread connection valve seat, can be combined with the sealing surface material of the closing piece, to meet the requirements of working conditions, prolong the service life.
